Elchuri's tips to prevent hair fall for women naturally


Yoga is the best way to reduce mental stress and also to prevent hair fall.The following are the two best Yogasanas to prevent hair loss

  1. Sarvangasanam
  2. Matsyasana


  1. Take equal quantities of Jaaji leaves (sanna jaaji or vira jaaji) and flowers and combine it with cow's urine (naatu aavu mutram).
  2. Grind the mixture into paste and apply to hair in the form of layers and also strongly belive that hair will regrow (because belief is greatest medicine for human health)
  3. After applying the paste wait for an hour and later take a shower.
Repeat the above steps at least once in a week.

NOTE: People with kapha related problems should take a shower in the afternoon


Sugandha hair oil for hair fall and loss of hair in patches:

  1. Take 100 grams of Raddish juice,100 grams of Gunta galagara aaku juice,100 grams of Onion juice,100 grams of Podina juice,100 grmas of Palleru juice,100 grams of Sesame oil (Nuvvula noone).
  2. Take the mixture of all above mentioned juices and boil it until it turns out into oil.
  3. Store the Oil in a glass jar or a glass bottle.
  4. Apply the warm oil and massage your head with the oil in the areas where you are loosing hair in patches.
